At Artigiano Egypt, we care about customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality handmade products made from natural leather. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return and Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be free from any damage caused by use.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or suitable packaging that protects it during shipping.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, clear photos of the issue must be provided before approval.

3. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used, washed, or cleaned.
  • If the product has been damaged due to misuse.
  • If the product has been cut, modified, or customized based on the customer’s request.
  • If the product was made according to a custom size or special design.
  • If the differences are due to the natural characteristics of cowhide leather, such as variations in color, pattern, texture, or thickness.
  • If the return or exchange period has expired.

4. Custom-Made Products

Products made according to custom sizes, special designs, or specific customer requests cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect supported by photos and approved by our team.

5. Natural Leather Variations

Since Artigiano Egypt products are made from natural cowhide leather, natural variations in color, pattern, texture, thickness, or shape may occur.

These variations are not considered defects. They reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of natural handmade leather products.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

If the return or exchange is requested due to the customer’s preference, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to an error by Artigiano Egypt or a confirmed manufacturing defect, Artigiano Egypt will cover the shipping costs after reviewing and approving the case.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and once it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed through the agreed payment method.

Refunds may take from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment or transfer method.
